In a large paella pan or wide skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and chorizo; cook until browned.
Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in rice, saffron, smoked paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Arrange shrimp, mussels, and clams over the rice. Cover and cook until seafood is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with peas and parsley. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy the authentic flavors of Spanish Paella.
Best paella recipe I've ever tried! The seafood was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were out of this world. This recipe is a true gem.
Excellent paella. The chorizo and bell peppers really stood out. The recipe was easy to follow, and the results were impressive. A definite keeper.
A very solid paella recipe. The chorizo and bell peppers were a great addition. The instructions were easy to follow. Overall, a great experience.
Absolutely fantastic! This paella tasted just like the one I had in Valencia. The saffron rice was perfect, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. Will definitely make this again!
The paella was okay. I found the rice a little bland, and the chicken was a bit dry. I'll try adding more seasoning next time.
