In a large paella pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and chorizo, cook until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
Add rice to the pan and stir to coat with the vegetable mixture. Pour in chicken broth and add saffron threads, smoked paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, return chicken and chorizo to the pan. Arrange shrimp, mussels, and clams over the rice, pushing them slightly into the mixture.
Cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the seafood is opened. Do not stir during this time.
Remove from heat and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

Five stars! This paella recipe is a winner. The flavors are complex, and the instructions are easy to understand. I've made it several times, and it always impresses.
This recipe is a game-changer! The paella was absolutely incredible, and I felt like I was right there in Spain. Highly recommend!
Spectacular! This paella recipe is a showstopper. The socarrat was perfect, and the combination of ingredients was brilliant. Definitely a crowd-pleaser.
I struggled with this recipe. The rice got burnt, and the chicken was undercooked. I followed the recipe exactly, but it didn't turn out well. Maybe it needs more detailed instructions.
It was okay. I found the chicken a bit dry, and the instructions could be clearer on the rice cooking time. The flavors were good, but the texture wasn't quite right.
