In a large paella pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and chorizo, cook until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
Add rice to the pan and stir to coat with the vegetable mixture. Pour in chicken broth and add saffron threads, smoked paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, return chicken and chorizo to the pan. Arrange shrimp, mussels, and clams over the rice, pushing them slightly into the mixture.
Cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the seafood is opened. Do not stir during this time.
Remove from heat and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

Very tasty! I'm a beginner cook and found this recipe easy to follow. I especially loved the seafood and chorizo. Will be making this again!
The recipe was ok. The chicken was cooked well but I would have liked more seafood. The taste was overall good. I might try another recipe next time.
A very good paella recipe. I adjusted the amount of chorizo to my liking, and it turned out perfectly. Great for a special occasion.
Absolutely fantastic! This paella recipe is the real deal. The saffron rice was perfectly cooked, and the combination of seafood, chicken, and chorizo was divine. My family raved about it, and it transported us straight to Spain. Highly recommend!
Good, but not great. The rice was a little mushy, and I felt it needed a bit more seasoning. I might try adding some more salt and pepper next time.
