Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 0.6 to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - 3.1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste - 1.2 oz
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs - 7.5 g
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced - 3.5 qt
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced - 7.2 box
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - 7.0 gal
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze - 1.4 half

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
