Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Place cooked chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired and serve hot
Excellent! This recipe is a winner. Everything was perfect, from the crispy chicken to the melted cheese. My family loved it, and that's all that matters.
The chicken was a bit bland. I think it needed more seasoning. The breading didn't quite stick to the chicken as well as I'd hoped. I'll try again, but I'll definitely adjust the seasoning.
Very satisfying. The chicken was crispy, and the combination of flavors was just perfect. I will definitely be making this again!
It was good, but I found the chicken a little dry. Maybe I cooked it too long. The flavor was great though, and the cheese melted beautifully. Next time, I'll watch the cooking time more carefully.
This recipe is fantastic! The chicken was perfectly crispy, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. My family devoured it. Will definitely make it again.
