Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Place cooked chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired and serve hot
Very good. I used store-bought marinara sauce to save time, and it still turned out amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Would make it again.
Great recipe. I appreciated the simplicity of the ingredients. The chicken was crispy, and the sauce was tasty. A classic done right!
Absolutely delicious! This is the best Chicken Parmesan I've ever made. The instructions were easy to follow, and the result was restaurant-quality. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
It was decent. Nothing particularly outstanding. The chicken was a bit oily, but the flavor was good. I might try a different breading technique next time.
Pretty good. The chicken was a little tough, but the sauce was excellent. I might try pounding the chicken thinner next time to see if that helps.
