Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Place cooked chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired and serve hot
Simple and delicious. I added a bit of garlic powder to the breading, and it enhanced the flavor. Great recipe for a weeknight meal.
Really enjoyed this. The breading on the chicken was spot on. I did add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a little kick, and it was perfect. Highly recommended!
Best Chicken Parmesan recipe ever! Crispy, cheesy, and delicious. Easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend this recipe!
This is my new go-to Chicken Parmesan recipe! It's easy to make, and the taste is incredible. The mozzarella cheese was perfectly melted. I've made it twice already!
