Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, sriracha, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Good, but not great. I thought the sriracha flavor got a little lost in the creaminess. Perhaps a bit more sriracha, or a different chili sauce, might improve it for my taste.
A great fusion dish! I added some garlic, as I love garlic with shrimp. It blended very nicely with the Sriracha flavor. Definitely would make it again.
It was okay. The flavor was there, but it didn't quite wow me. I think I prefer a more traditional shrimp scampi. The shrimp were good.
Really enjoyed this. I followed the suggestions and added some broccoli. It worked out very well and added a nice texture. The heat level was perfect for my taste.
This recipe is a game changer! So flavorful and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. I added some chopped bell peppers for extra crunch. My family devoured it!
