Absolutely perfect! The lemon flavor permeated the entire chicken. The skin was crispy, and the meat was incredibly moist. A true winner!
This is a fantastic and simple recipe. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the lemon added a beautiful brightness. Highly recommend!
Very good recipe. The combination of lemon and herbs is excellent. I added some garlic to the mix, and it was delicious.
The chicken was okay, but the herb flavor wasn't as strong as I'd hoped. Maybe I needed to add more? I'll try again.
I really enjoyed this chicken recipe. The lemon zest added a wonderful aroma. I might experiment with different herbs next time.
