Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce slightly.
Stir in the cooked linguine and toss to coat with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
This is the best shrimp scampi recipe I've ever tried! The sauce is so rich and flavorful, and the shrimp are perfectly cooked. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was perfect.
This recipe is a game changer! So easy to make and tastes incredible. The perfect balance of flavors – spicy, savory, and bright. Highly recommend!
A decent recipe, but I think it could benefit from some fresh herbs other than parsley. Maybe some basil or oregano would add a nice touch.
This was a really nice and easy meal. I used frozen shrimp and it still turned out great. The sauce was full of flavor and the heat was just right.
I followed the recipe exactly, but my sauce didn't come together properly. It was too oily. Maybe I needed to use more wine? Disappointing.
