Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Transfer chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet. Top each with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh basil (optional) and serve immediately.
Excellent recipe. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I added some garlic to the breadcrumbs. Would definitely recommend.
It was a decent meal, nothing special. I felt the breading could have used more seasoning. The marinara sauce was fine. Overall, it was easy to make, which I appreciated.
It was okay. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavor was good. I think I might have overcooked it. The sauce was a little too acidic for my taste, so I'll try adding a pinch of sugar next time.
Best Chicken Parmesan I've ever made! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the result was incredible. The cheese melted perfectly, and the chicken was tender and delicious.
This recipe is a winner! Easy to make and absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was so flavorful. Highly recommended!
