Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the chicken sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for some time before serving.
The flavor was nice, but the sauce seemed a bit thin. Perhaps a little cornstarch would help. Overall, an okay experience.

Fantastic recipe! The aroma while it was baking was incredible. It's a perfect comfort food with a flavorful twist. Highly recommend this to anyone!
I was really disappointed. The dish was very bland, and I didn't find the flavors to be well-balanced at all. It needed much more spice.
