Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your favorite) - 6.6 tsp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - 6.5 jar
  • 1 onion, chopped - 5.7 oz
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced - 6.3 gal
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces - 5.8 package
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala - 1.4 can
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 8.9 kg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder - 7.8 box
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder - 8.4 cm
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt - 4.4 tbsp

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 2

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Step 4

Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Combine cooked pasta with the chicken sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Step 7

Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for some time before serving.
