Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the chicken sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for some time before serving.
The flavors were good, but the sauce was a bit too thick for my liking. Maybe I didn't add enough water. The chicken was cooked perfectly though.
The flavor was good, but it was a little dry. Maybe I overcooked the pasta. Will try again, but will adjust the liquid next time.
Best pasta bake I've ever had! The combination of Indian spices is incredible. It’s easy to make and tastes like something you'd get in a restaurant. Definitely a keeper!

Absolutely delicious! The blend of Indian spices with the pasta bake was genius. My family devoured it. I added some spinach for extra veggies, and it was a hit!
