Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the chicken sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for some time before serving.
I was expecting more flavour, and the sauce was a bit bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The pasta was cooked well though.
