Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the chicken sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for some time before serving.

It was decent. I think I would have preferred a bit more heat. The base was good, but it just needed a little extra kick of spice for my taste.
Really enjoyed this! The recipe was easy to follow, and the result was a flavorful and comforting meal. I added some extra veggies like mushrooms.
This dish is a flavor explosion! The spices are perfectly balanced, and the chicken is so tender. My new favorite pasta bake recipe. Excellent!
