Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, whisk eggs. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Place breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven. Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve hot over spaghetti or with your favorite side dish.
This recipe is a keeper! The Chicken Parmesan turned out absolutely delicious. The breading was crispy and flavorful.
The chicken was a little overcooked, but the flavors were good. I'll try cooking it for less time next time.
This recipe is a winner! The chicken was so juicy, and the cheese was perfectly melted. My family devoured it. Highly recommend!
The recipe was okay, but I felt like the flavors could have been more enhanced. The chicken was alright, but nothing extraordinary.
This recipe was easy to follow and the end result was very tasty. I loved how the cheese melted. Next time, I might add a little more garlic to the sauce for extra flavor.
