Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, whisk eggs. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Place breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven. Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve hot over spaghetti or with your favorite side dish.
Absolutely fantastic! This Chicken Parmesan was a hit with the whole family. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the breading was so crispy. The sauce was delicious too. Will definitely be making this again.
This Chicken Parmesan is restaurant quality! The chicken was so tender, and the breading was perfectly crisp. The sauce was amazing.
I had some issues with the breading not sticking. The sauce was also a bit bland.
A solid recipe. Easy to make. I added a little bit of garlic powder to the breading mix for extra flavor.
This was a great recipe. Easy to follow, and the final product was very tasty. Would recommend to others.
