Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, whisk eggs. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Place breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven. Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve hot over spaghetti or with your favorite side dish.
The chicken was a bit bland, and the breading didn't stick well. I had to add a lot more seasoning. The sauce was alright.
Very nice recipe. Easy to follow, and the chicken was so juicy. The sauce was good, and I would make it again.
Excellent recipe. Simple to make, and the results were fantastic. I'll be making this again soon.
This recipe is a winner! The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender, the breading was crispy, and the sauce had a wonderful flavor. My family loved it!
A great recipe. The instructions were clear, and the meal was quick to prepare. I really enjoyed the balance of flavors.
