The paella was delicious, however the cooking time may need to be adjusted. I like to make the rice a bit firmer, but overall the flavors were excellent. The chicken was tender, and the seafood was fresh.

A really good recipe! Easy to follow and the end result was fantastic. The seafood and chicken combination was wonderful. I'll make this for my friends. The socarrat was the highlight!

Not my favorite paella. I found the dish a little bland. The rice was a bit undercooked. I think it needs more seasoning and perhaps some tomatoes.

This recipe is great! The saffron gives it a lovely color and aroma. The chicken and seafood combination is genius. Next time I'll add more vegetables. A very satisfying meal.

Spectacular! This paella is bursting with flavor. The instructions, though missing, were easy to follow. The socarrat was perfect, the seafood was tender, and the chicken was juicy. I'll be making this often.
