Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat. Add chicken and chorizo, cook until browned.
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, cook until softened. Stir in tomatoes and saffron, cook for 5 minutes.
Add rice and stir to coat with the mixture. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Arrange shrimp, mussels, and clams over the rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and seafood is done.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve hot and enjoy!
A decent paella. The rice absorbed the flavors well, but it could have used more seasoning. The chicken was a little dry. The presentation was nice, though.
Best paella I've ever made! The combination of seafood and chicken is brilliant. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were amazing. The socarrat was perfect! Highly recommend this recipe.
A delicious paella! The saffron flavor really shines through. The chicken was tender, and the seafood was perfectly cooked. I followed the recipe and it turned out great.
Wow! What a fantastic recipe. Easy to make and incredibly delicious. The socarrat was the best I've ever tasted. The flavors are truly amazing. I highly recommend it.
It was an okay paella. The rice was cooked correctly, but it lacked depth of flavor. I felt the dish needed more seasoning, and the seafood was a bit rubbery.
