We take one whole chicken breast - 0.3 - 0.4 kg.
If caught with a bone, even better!
Rinse, salt and pepper with a mixture of peppers to taste. Drizzle with the juice of half a squeezed lemon and add a fresh sprig of rosemary.
Set aside, put the pan on the stove, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, heat it up and lay out our chicken breast. We press it well to the pan (with a spoon or just with our hands) and wait 3 minutes, then turn it over, put a fresh sprig of rosemary on it and close the pan with a lid for another 3-5 minutes.
Voila - your dietary and very tasty, juicy meat dish is ready!
