1 tbsp of 1 tablespoon canola oil

1 qty of 1 onion, peeled and chopped

2 qty of cloves garlic, peeled and minced

2 tbsp of 2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 lbs of carrots, peeled and diced

1 lbs of sweet potatoes (kamote), peeled and diced

1.4 lbs of (1/4 pound) green beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch thick

1.2 lbs of (1/2 pound) bean sprouts

1 tbsp of sugar

1 qty of Wrapper - 1 cup corn starch

1.5 cup of (1 1/2 cups) water

3 qty of eggs, beaten

2 tsp of canola oil

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of sugar

1 qty of non-stick cooking spray or oil

5.2 cup of Peanut Sauce - 5 1/2 cups water

1.5 cup of (1/2 cup) soy sauce

1.5 cup of (1 1/2 cups) brown sugar

1 tbsp of salt

6 tbsp of cornstarch

1 cup of unsalted peanuts, ground

1 qty of (1 head) garlic, peeled and minced

2 tbsp of peanut butter

2 qty of Assembly - (2 heads) green leaf lettuce
