Paksiw na Isda is a Filipino dish where fish is poached in vinegar seasoned with fish sauce and finger chillies. The name of the dish is derived from the word “paksiw” which is a cooking method where meat or seafood is simmered in vinegar.

Step 1 This is such an easy dish to make that you can have it any time of the week. All you need to do is to combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring the heat to a simmer.
